Just the ticket to get the job done. The LED's can be seen for miles (well 2 miles). Light enough to forget you are carrying a flash light and rugged enough for any weather conditions.
I just wish I had bought more than one as loads of my work colleagues now want one.

Best light in such a small package I've seen -- makes my 4 D-cell maglite obsolete! I can't believe the amount of light possible from 3 AAA's.
The red and green are great for preserving night vision but I haven't quite decided which is better while stargazing. Green is definitely easier to see by but red just feels right. Nice to have the option.
The case provides easy storage for extra batteries and the small package fits neatly on a belt or backpack strap for quick access without being in the way.

I had hoped that the flashlight with 28 LED's would produce lots of light, bright enough to light the room, but this flashlight does not do that at all. It is medium dim at best. It isn't as bright as my five inch Mag light... :-(
The green and red LED's are cool, bringing my rating to a three star. Just not bright enough!
