Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Extra lightweight yet thick enough to withstand full contact kicks and punches. This foam shield is made of extra strong vinyl and high density foam and a great training tool to develop power offering the opportunity to blast away at full strength. Dimensions are 30"x15"x4.5". Sold Individually

5 out of 5 stars Great Pad   August 26, 2008

This kick shield is well made for the money spent. Superb quality. The arm straps and handles on the back make for great control while absorbing kicks.

Our karate studio has been using them for over a month now, and they are of excellent quality, just the right dimenion, and the padding is firm for high quality kicks.

4 out of 5 stars Great shield, takes a lot of impact, could be bigger though   April 9, 2008

Like the title says it's a good kick shield. My partner and I use it a lot, and we're able to deliver full force kicks, knees, and strikes to it without fear of injuring the person holding it. My only gripe is I wish it was larger. The straps are nice and adjustable also, to accomodate a really nice tight hold on it, and trust me, you'll need a tight grip when you have a 300+ pound guy punching and kicking the crap out of the thing!
