It also covers grappling, Sticks, Knives, Sets and much much more. The price is ridiculous. Anyone willing to pay this much must be desperate and deserves to get the shaft if they don't look elsewhere.
SAVE YOURSELF SOME HARD EARNED MONEY and go online where you can find everything. Then save it to your PC or PRINT IT OUT. it will only cost you $2 in a reem of paper.
The fact that anyone would think to OVER CHARGE the consumer by this much is appauling ! PASS BY THIS ITEM WITHOUT LOOKING ANY FURTHER.

This is just okay because you can do a search on the web for kenpo techniques and basically get the whole book for free.
