This is an excellent book for training with Martial Art equipment (heavy bag, bad drills, foam pads...) Dan Inosanto using Jeet Kune Do technics offer powerful and basic technics for any marial arts and street fight combat sports. This book is recommended for anyone who wants to seriously train on an heavy bag and other equipment. The only problem is that out off 24 drills only 7 are using the left lead. This might be confusing for beginners who are right handed (using left lead) and who want to focus on their position. But this can be adjusted by having a pro spending 5 minutes showing you how to adapt by working both leads. Intermediate and advanced martial artists will adjust both leads very easily.
