Daniel Klapheke is clearly experienced in working with kids of all ages. He shares what has worked for him in this book. This is not a quick fix book - "How to be a great coach in five minutes". The author knows kids see right through phony, shallow methods and he knows it takes work, patience and practice to successfully reach children. I wish I had this book available before my dreadful attempts at teaching children in Sunday School. The Character Coach should be a tool for teachers, coaches and parents.
