Not for the ExperiencedJune 12, 2004 J. Barr(Westerville, OH USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
First off let me say that Gene Lebell's little finger has forgotten more about martial skills than I'll ever know. Gene's other books are great but if you have been in the mix for awhile don't buy this book thinking you are going to find anything new. Gene's other books are far better sources for the experienced martialist.
If you know squat then don't buy a book, go get some training! Gene's stuff is good but there is no way anyone would be able to use any of this stuff unless they are either already trained or are in training with a good teacher.
It's a good one !...February 20, 2003 3 out of 3 found this review helpful

You will find how to defence agaings footkicks, handkicks, how to release from several holds, how to fightning againgst a judoka, karateka or a wrestler.you can practice each technique with your friend and you will learn a lot ! Don't hesitate and buy it!You won't be dissapointed!
