The Secret Art of Health & Fitness isn't a secret anymore! The authors have created a breakthrough approach to creating and maintaining mind and body health. They've used a seamless blend of physical exercises with the teachings of the martial arts masters. Uncomplicated line drawings beautifully illustrate techniques and styles that are described throughout the book. You don't have to be a `master' to travel along the path outlined in this healthy living guide. Nor do you have to be in peak condition to try out the suggested activities. If you're on the path to self-improvement, I suggest you make reading this book one of your first steps.
