 I hate to read, but these books are so addictive!!!! January 6, 2009

I began reading the series because i really liked the tv show TrueBlood, but the books amazing!!, the characters, roles, scenarios, etc are so colorful and interesting. Once you start one book you just can't stop reading.
you may think that the books are going to be predictive with the same ol' story about vampires....NOT AT ALL!!!, each book is a fascinating new story, that picks up where the previous book left.
I am already eager for May 9, which is the date when the new book will be on sale

I have seen the trailers on HBO.com, but have not seen the television series (I don't have HBO). I got the first two books as a gift, and could not stop reading until I finished the entire series (so far). Now, I wish I'd slowed down so that I'd have something to read this weekend.
It's a great series, easy to read, riveting, and has lots of action and good character development. I have thoroughly enjoyed every book, and getting the entire set is a good deal.

This grabs you and you just want more.I want her so bad to be with someone that oh so wants her and needs her.You keep waiting for it and waiting and yikes nothing that bothers me so.Maybe not giving her a happy ending because the series is on tv but unfair to us readers.

Love the series on HBO so I bought the books to see how it all started. They are fun to read and can't put them down! They are a little different than the TV show, but great all the same! Love them!!
